Adoption Families

For more than twenty years, The Halifax has been a home away from home to numerous adoption families. Some families return to The Halifax in the future, remembering our hospitality.

Many of the grown (adopted) children have returned to Colombia and The Halifax to visit.

Knowing that some families stay for a couple of weeks, we wish to ensure them the best service, comfort and enjoyable meals. We strive to make their stay a memorable one.

Services for Adoption Families

Cribs and bathtubs for the babies.

24 hour medical service.

Refrigerator service, for formula and other personal goods.

Assistance in preparing cereals, soft foods and soups for the babies.

Childcare assistance when needed.

Children’s games in the garden (for older children).

Children’s board games.

We pride ourselves on being attentive to the needs of the families so that they may have a memorable stay.
