Tour to Monserrate / Candelaria and Museo del Oro

• The Tour begins at “Cerro Monserrate”, the mountain that dominates the skyline of Bogotá (3,152 meters above sea level).
• Our next stop is “El Museo del Oro” that has the largest collection of gold pieces, today there are more than 55.000 pieces in exhibition.
• From the museum, we will go to the historic heart of Bogota, La Candelaria, with its romantic cobblestone streets and colonial balconies and patios. Then we will make a walk through the historical center, Museo Botero, La Casa del Florero, Plaza de Bolivar, Catedral Primada, Palacio de Justicia (supreme court), Capitolio Nacional (the congress) and the Edificio Lievano (Mayor's office) among others.
• Our last stop on the tour is the Museum St. Clara Church , it is probably the most representative of Bogotá's colonial churches.
